ADHD Leaders

Leaders with ADHD may exhibit some or all of the following symptoms: impulsivity, distractibility, executive function challenges, a desire for instant gratification, time blindness, and poor emotional self control.

ABstrategies has a special interest in working with leaders with ADHD characteristics (whether or not they have an official diagnosis). Antonia received an adult diagnosis of ADHD several years ago, and it was life-changing, enabling her to re-frame past experiences and leverage benefits from being neurodiverse. At the same time, she built the scaffolding to support the executive functions that are most challenging for her.

While Antonia is an executive coach first and foremost, she integrates her personal experience and professional knowledge of ADHD with her powerful coaching process, strategies and tools. She also helps the leaders she is coaching to enhance their productivity by taking a deep dive into their work habits, organizational systems and prioritization skills.

ABstrategies also supports professionals and creatives seeking ADHD productivity coaching through a cadre of coaches specialized in ADHD and executive function work.

An ADHD executive and Function Coach understands the demand of corporate America, management challenges, productivity, team management.

ABstrategies has three coaching offerings that incorporate or focus on ADHD:

  • Leaders: Executive coaching for leaders with ADHD, integrating ADHD research and experience.

  • Managers: ADHD and Executive Function coaching for managers and mid-career executives aiming to enhance their productivity, focus, and time management skills.

  • Professionals: ADHD and Executive Function coaching for professionals seeking support to perform at their best in the workplace, leveraging their ADHD strengths and mitigating their ADHD challenges.

ADHD Accountability Community

If you know what you want or should be doing, but struggle to get started, and are looking for support, I recommend contacting Russ Jones’s ADHD Big Brother Community.

It’s a community of ADHDers who leverage the power of community to move their needles forward through daily accountability, weekly planning, monthly goal setting, Zoom chats, and 24/7 body doubling capability.
